For some months I've been doing a daily painting practice. The goal was to improve my brush economy: simplify a complex topic into basic forms, using brushtrokes consciously.
Every morning I woke up early so I can spend time and enjoy doing these studies, before starting clients work.
Very fun experience that I will repeat again very soon :)
This is a landscape of my hometown, Cartagena, Spain.
I wanted to explore some medieval references, so for a while I kept drawing horses, armours, weapons, etc.
And for sure, portrait drawing is a pleasure for me :D
